Get Ready for the XXXX Gold Rush Competition at the 2025 Flathead Classic!

The XXXX Gold Rush Competition is back — bigger, bolder, and set to fire up the crowd at this year’s Gold Coast Flathead Classic. This exciting showdown will see 40 two-person teams (mates, families, or ladies’ teams) go head-to-head over three thrilling nights, with skill, precision, and bragging rights on the line.

The Format:

  • Night 1: 40 teams compete — only 20 advance.

  • Night 2: 20 teams battle it out — just 10 remain.

  • Night 3: The grand finale, as 10 teams fight for the ultimate prize.

Prizes Up for Grabs:

  • 1st Prize: XXXX Beer for a Year + Half-Day Fishing Experience with Captain’s Charters (for two).

  • 2nd Prize: Lucky Strike Fishing Charter Experience.

  • 3rd Prize: Double Island Point Fishing Charters Experience (for two).

  • 4th Prize: $500 Liquor Legends Gift Card.

Entry Details:

  • Limited to 40 Teams Only (first in, best dressed).

  • Entry Fee: $100 per team.

  • Register: In person at the Flathead Classic Event Hub on registration night.

The XXXX Gold Rush Table will be set up right next to the bar, bringing the fun and energy to the heart of the event hub.

This competition is an exciting collaboration between XXXX, Gold Coast Sportfishing Club, Liquor Legends, Lucky Strike Fishing Charters, Captain’s Charters, Double Island Point Fishing Charters, and the Gold Coast Flathead Classic.
